 AED Fundraising Programme

  We have raised the funds needed for the purchase of one AED unit for our Mobile Command Unit. The package will include a hard pack, and a trainer unit to keep our members up to date with their training.  Thanks to everyone who contributed to the programme.

 


New Mobile Command Vehicle for Arrowsmith SAR

Our new Mobile Command Vehicle has arrived.  We took delivery of our new unit at the beginning of December.

Areas of Operation

Arrowsmith Search & Rescue's main area of operation runs from Nanoose to Cook Creek, and from Mt. Arrowsmith to Georgia Strait. Jedidiah & Lasqueti Islands are also included.

Arrowsmith Search & Rescue members regularly provide mutual aid support to other SAR groups on Vancouver Island. Our members have also attended searches as far away as:

  • Kitimat
  • Dawson Creek
  • Sunshine Coast
  • Lower Mainland
  • Queen Charlotte Islands
